I’ve been happy with it overall, the quality feels solid and it seems well made. That said, just a quick heads-up for anyone thinking about buying: there are a few minor issues, so don’t expect it to be 100% perfect right out of the box.

I wasn’t expecting much, but then I started looking around and it felt like striking treasure. They had some really unique pieces that immediately caught my eye, and the prices were actually fair too. A surprisingly great little find!

I ordered from westcoastmodernla.com and the item did show up in one piece, so I’ll give them that. Shipping was fine overall and nothing was damaged.

The packaging itself was kind of messy though. The box felt a little flimsy and there wasn’t much padding inside, so I was a bit nervous while opening it. For something that wasn’t exactly cheap, that part was weird.

In the end, nothing was broken, which is the main thing, but I still expected it to be packed with a little more care. Not a terrible experience, just average.

I had to return my order, and while it wasn’t exactly a disaster, it definitely felt like a little journey. Everything did work out in the end, but it took longer than I expected, so there was some waiting around and wondering what was going on. Support was decent enough when I reached out, just not super fast. Overall, the return got handled, but it wasn’t exactly a quick escape.

The item itself was fine. Delivery scheduling took longer than I thought, and I had to check in a couple times to get the time confirmed. They did show up, but it could’ve been clearer.

Putting this together was more frustrating than I expected, haha. Some of the pieces didn’t line up very well, and the instructions were confusing, so it took way longer than it should have.

I came across westcoastmodernla.com when I was trying to find a chair that didn’t feel super bulky, and I ended up really liking their style. The furniture has that clean modern look, but it still feels warm and not too cold or showroom-y.

I also liked that the pieces don’t just look like the same stuff you see on every other modern furniture site. Everything feels thought out but not like it’s trying too hard. I’d definetly check them again next time I need something new.

I’m still waiting on my refund and it’s been a bit of a HeadAche. Not super happy with how long this is taking.

I gave it 4 stars because the delivery was actually quicker than I thought it would be. I ordered from westcoastmodernla.com, and it ended up arriving a little earlier than the date they gave me, which was a nice surprise, right? The tracking updated normally too, so I wasn’t left wondering where it was. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the box showed up a bit scuffed, but everything inside was totally fine. Overall, the people I dealt with were polite and pleasant, which I appreciated. That said, I did have to follow up twice before I got a clear answer, so the communication felt a little slow. It wasn’t a terrible experience by any means, and once they replied they were helpful, but I do think customer service could be a bit more on top of things

I ordered from westcoastmodernla.com and, it was a normal online shopping experience in a good way. The website looked put together, the confirmation emails made sense, and nothing set off any red flags for me. Shipping was a little slower than I expected, but not so slow that I was worried. The item showed up looking like the photos and was packaged well enough. Common sense goes a long way with stuff like this, and based on my order, it seemed legit. I’d probably buy from them again, though quicker shipping updates would be nice.

I was browsing westcoastmodernla.com they do have some really nice-looking stuff. The style is clean and a little different from what I usually see, and the site itself was easy to get around.
That said, I’m a bit unsure about the quality compared to the prices. Some pieces looked great, but for what they cost, I’d probably want to feel more confident that they’re really worth it. Not a bad experience, just left me a little on the fence.

I messaged westcoastmodernla.com with a couple questions and figured I’d get some polished “we value your inquiry” type response a few days later. Instead, they got back to me way quicker than I expected, which was a nice surprise.
The answers were clear, normal, and actually useful, not that overly scripted company-speak that makes you wonder if anyone read your message. They followed up fast too, so yeah, I appreciated it. Easy 5 stars from me.

It showed up a bit rougher than I thought it would. More scratches, more wear. The photos didn’t really show all of that, at least not from what I could tell. Packaging was fine, nothing crazy there. But for the price, the condition just felt off. I did reach out and customer service answered, which I appreciated, but in the end I still felt like I was stuck with something that wasn’t quite as described.

I had a good experience browsing the site. It was easy to use, and they definitely have some nice pieces. The only thing is that the selection felt a little limited when I was looking around. A couple of the items I liked were already sold, and I didn’t see quite as much variety in the style I had in mind. Still, it’s a solid place to check out, I just would’ve loved a bit more to choose from...

It looked pretty much like the pictures and overall I’m happy enough with it, but there were a few little wear marks that I didn’t notice mentioned in the description so when it arrived I was a bit surprised, not a huge deal and definitely not terrible, just one of those things where it was mostly accurate but not quite perfect

The updates were really easy to follow!!! The chats were clear, simple, and I always knew what was going on... which I really appreciated!!

The staff was friendly and seemed to know the basic stuff, so that was nice. A couple of my more specific questions took a while to get answered, though, and even then I wasn’t completely sure the answers were right. Maybe I was asking too much, I don’t know. It wasn’t a bad experience, just felt average overall...

The site does look nice, and the photos loaded just fine for me. It’s not like it’s unusable or nothing, but I did have to click around more than I expected to find some info. The menu on mobile ain’t exactly clear either. Not terrible overall, just could be a bit more straightforward. I’d probably give it 3 stars for now.
